| 'The Physicians - Practitioners Office Assistant' dubbed "The All-In-One Solution", is a Complete EMR that�s designed as a Personal Electronic Medical Record System. Can Be Used on a Laptop or Desktop computer. Also supports Mobile and Telemedicine operations. Our base configuration accommodates 6 users (but is scalable). The complete Application was developed in-house, so as to achieve seamless data flow between the various operations (no third party add-on's required). 'The Physicians - Practitioners Office Assistant' Version 3.0 currently performs automatic Electronic Insurance Claim Filing and Electronic Office Bookkeeping when data is entered into the EMR (not required until Stage II certification). 'The Physicians - Practitioners Office Assistant connects directly to our Insurance Claims Clearinghouse and the Health Information Exchange Network through our Secure Servers (no need to purchase these services). Our Application uses the Windows Operating System so as to accommodate set-up as a Client/Server model, ASP model, or as a Stand-alone Desktop Application. Our internal databases provide all required functions of any Commercial database. We chose to use internal databases so that we could enforce tight controls on patient data access (HIPAA security). Additionally, our clients are not exposed to the continual updates of the Commercial Database Vendors. And, our Clients DO NOT need to acquire any Database Licensing. Usability: The EHR supports reporting on 9 required Clinical Quality Measures plus two additional Clinical Quality measures that facilitate Diabetes management. The Application is designed for doctors of small Private Practices that don�t have the resources to support a trained IT staff. The Application also supports Dentist, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. Meeting 'Meaningful Use' is accomplished by performing six simple steps when entering patient data (two of these steps could be one time entries). | |||||||||||||||
