| New DocuRehab Version 9, (released November 08) provides a touch screen documentation of every facets of the patient encounter, with the main emphasis put on the type of treatment rendered.
It presents thousands of animations for the doctor/ therapist to pick from, with one of the world largest selections of exercise animations; it also provides animations of hands on technique (for chiropractors, physical therapist, OT,) with their biomechanical description enabling other users the exact duplication from printed material best suited in a multi-disciplinary facility. Animation can be cycled full screen, and used as a tutor for treatment or teaching purpose. The program import full video as well as create new animation automatically from sequential images and uses a wizard driven software and a picture matching system to create a written description of any hands on technique or exercise.
The software documents the patient encounter such as exam, daily SOAP’s notes, history with drop down menus, radio button etc. The software import and export any kind of Pdf forms and can be tied to the facilities web site to receive online patient‘s questionnaire.
Ultra-sound, EMS or any other type of modalities is documented with animated icons, blazing speed and unmatched precision. A module allows nutritional product to be prescribed with preset instruction and on screen customization. It is directed to any Hands on professionals.
