| ChartLogic iAchieve EHR is a web-hosted and integrated solution offering a full electronic medical records (EMR), comprehensive practice management, document management, and scheduling solution. iAchieve EHR is HIPAA compliant. Using the Internet provides our customers with highly secure 128 bit encryption technology used by banks and other financial institutions. The attractive and easy to use application streamlines clinical workflow, operations, and business efficiency. iAchieve EHR is used by hundreds of providers across the country in small and large practices of varying specialties. Customers pay a fixed and stable monthly subscription fee. All costs are outlined at contract execution. Training and setup is purchased based on the number of physicians. Additionally, our customers can access iAchieve from their office, satellite office, home, or anywhere with an Internet connection. Physicians can elect to share patient charts with other providers using ChartShareMD, ChartLogic's secure portal which comes standard with iAchieve. Physicians can insource or outsource their billing, but always maintain oversight at any time to monitor billing and collections experience. Over a dozen specialties currently in use. All templates can be built for any specialty. SNOMED (or client vocabulary if alternative desired) can be used to standardize templates for larger group practices, and for use with Disease Management and Preventative Care efforts. Major specialties covered today include Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Cardiology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Neurology, Pulmonology, Podiatry, Dermatology, Pain, and Sleep Study clinics.
