ICS has two primary components: EHR and PACS

ICS is designed around new standards that have emerged to better exchange data; it is scalable to the modalities and standards of tomorrow. Most existing software, even from the larger established companies is predicated upon old standards. In addition, ICS is modular. So, an existing scheduling or billing system that your staff is used too can be easily integrated into ICS. This allows you to integrate ICS into your practice without having to get rid of some of the systems that you already know and love.
You will always own your data with ICS. Multiple copies will exist not only in your offices but off site so there is no fear of loss. Recovery processes and systems are in place so a lost internet connection, flood or power outage will not interfere with your practice at least from a data activation perspective. In addition, the data is stored in easily transferable format so if you ever wish to change vendors, it will be usable.

ICS can be adapted for any specialty. There are modules within ICS that are already equipped for certain specialties, but the custimizability of ICS allows for modules to be created not only for a specific specialty, but for specific practices with specific specialties. The integrated PACs system allows for images of all kinds from all specialties to be uploaded and analysed. These images can then be cataloged and analysed in ICS's custimizable interface that can be designed with the specialty, as well as the practice workflow, in mind.
