Our customizable EMR system is a lifetime repository of each patient’s laboratory and radiology results and event documentation for office visits, procedures, diagnoses, operative reports, discharge summaries and more. Access is through an Application Service Provider (ASP) model. This is the only electronic medical record in the industry that supports the use of digital “ink-over” forms.
