PracticeOne™ is a national provider of automation solutions to medical practices of varying size and specialty. Our e-Medsys™ Solutions Suite includes e-Medsys EHR, e-Medsys PM and e-Medsys Patient Access portal. While fully integrated for a single, unified solution, e-Medsys EHR and PM can be obtained separately per the needs of the practice. PracticeOne systems are available in Client Server or ASP / SaaS formats, completely depending on what best suits the practice. The company also operates PracticeOne Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCMS) for practice that prefer to utilize outsourced billing. e-Medsys EHR is affordable, easy to learn and use, and is excellent for multiple specialties. The e-Medsys Patient Access portal adds dynamic functionality and streamlining of office routines by allowing patients to complete questionnaires - securely over the internet - prior to their arrival. The data is input directly into their e-Medsys record which eliminates the clipboard, writing, and manual data entry when the patient arrives. Patients can also schedule practice-approved appointments, have access to secure messaging and to specified medical information. The PracticeOne team behind the product includes departments for Implementation and pre-installation to assure a smooth transition to EHR, Training prior to and during the “go live” phase. “Go-live” Support and Updates are also provided.
